I was truly blessed to have the opportunity to have met John and Susan and to have known them both for several years. His smile was infectious to all around him and you could see that his love for Susan ran deep, as he never took his eyes off of her. He embraced her love for her dolls and I always looked forward to their visits with a new "addition" to their family. Susan, I know you posted this on the first day of this thought journal, but I wanted to post again, as this is the same saying that is on my Tommy's headstone and it brings me peace, as he was taken too soon from me as well. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be so he put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to Me" With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away and although we love you dearly we could not make you stay. A Golden heart stopped beating hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best You are always in my heart and my prayers Susan, always remember that.... Love, Susan D.
